3. The Filter Wheel Motor in the Vac Pan Area (Area 18) had reading of 9.50 Ohms. We recommend ensuring the ground wire that should be pulled in with the power cables is securely connected to the ground lug inside the motor termination enclosure. If not, a new green THWN ground wire, sized per NEC, will need to be pulled and connected to the enclosure’s grounding connection. (Points 88)

Required Action: 1. Tank 4 in the Brine Tanks Area (Area 21) had a reading of 11.56 Ohms. We recommend ensuring there is a ground wire connected to the steel frame of the tank and it is secure and free from damage and corrosion. If not, a new green #6 THWN ground wire will need to be connected to the nearest ground whip or building steel to the steel frame of the tank. (Point 1) 2. Tank 7 in the Brine Tanks Area (Area 21) had a reading of 10.90 Ohms. We recommend ensuring there is a ground wire connected to the steel frame of the tank and it is secure and free from damage and corrosion. If not, a new green #6 THWN ground wire will need to be connected to the nearest ground whip or building steel to the steel frame of the tank. (Point 3) 3. The Step Frame in the Brine Tanks Area (Area 21) had a reading of 900 Ohms. We recommend ensuring there is a ground wire connected to the steel frame and it is secure and free from damage. If not, a new green #6 THWN ground wire will need to be connected to the nearest ground whip or building steel to the step frame if there is any electrical components mounted to the frame. (Point 7)
