Tapping into a renewable natural gas project for the first time, Interstates recently worked with Gevo to build a central biogas purification site and connect it to three different dairies in Northwest Iowa. Interstates provided Gevo with power distribution, PLC design and construction, programming, instrumentation, and heat trace work.
DAISY BRAND FOODS PROJECT EXPERIENCE Interstates provided all building utility electrical installation, all power distribution requirements, and process electrical installation for this greenfield 450,000 square foot dairy production facility. KEY SCOPE COMPONENTS Interstates installed the power distribution, panels, transformers, and lighting for the facility. We also installed the electrical on the stainless steal process equipment and provided power for all of the refrigeration units for the chilled portions of the building.
