Refer to Table 3: Bus Evaluation Comprehensive Fault Report . All equipment listed in red has failed the equipment evaluation and should be remediated in the method detailed in Appendix F of this report. Refer to Table 3A: Protective Device Evaluation Comprehensive Fault Report . All equipment listed in red has failed the protective device evaluation and should be remediated in the method detailed in Appendix F of this report. The switchboard is directly connected to a service transformer with no main breaker protection. This is typical of many installations and no change is recommended. If this is desired to be addressed, further engineering analysis is required based on the site and safety procedures to implement an appropriate solution. Possible solutions include MV work, Installation of an upstream disconnect to move the hazard from commonly used work spaces or adjustments of procedure to minimize risk. We recommend installing a main circuit breaker in the switchboard that feeds the feeder breakers and can lower the incident energy. Further engineering is required if this is desired. We recommend installing a circuit breaker in the switchboard to feed the CAP DISC. This would limit the arc flash hazard and also remove a dangerous tap. Further engineering analysis is required based on the site and safety procedures to implement an appropriate solution. Due to the missing dataplate, the size of the transformer and impedance had to be assumed. We recommend confirming the transformer size by procuring as built drawings or verifying from previous one-lines. Due to the high arc flash and NEC code violation (NEC 240.4A) on the secondary side we recommend this distribution be re- engineered. After confirming the circuit breaker settings, we recommend changing the breaker settings on the Boiler RM Panel breaker as shown in the recommended settings column to the right. This will improve coordination with Air Compressor 5 and reduce the chance of nuisance tripping or breakers not tripping in proper order. See TCC 130- 01 PANEL 2 & TCCR 130-01 PANEL 2
